How long does it take to get the funeral programs?

A: 3-5 business days on average, sometimes less. Once we receive the information, you will receive a proof in PDF format within 24 hours to the email address you provide. You will then have 24 hours to proof, but the sooner you get it back to us, the sooner we can print them and ship them out. Once we get them printed, you will receive them within 1-2 days, depending on where you are getting them shipped, day of the week, etc.

If I do have changes to the proof, how do I do that?

A: Send them to us via email. Also, if you prefer, you can call us. Once we get the approval, we will then print and ship them.

What kind of picture works for the cover?

A: A professional picture always works best, but even one that is crisp and clear. The better the picture, the better the program will look. We can crop around the person and take objects out, but if a majority of the person is being covered up, we may not be able to do much with it, especially if it involves something over or covering up the face. We cannot accept pictures from an ID that have a holograph.

What if I want more prints after the funeral?

A: We will keep each file for about two years. If you (or anyone else) want reprints, just contact us and we will gladly reprint any program for just the cost of printing and shipping.

Can I choose a different cover from another style of program? Or maybe suggest a different cover style?

A: Sure. We will work with your suggestions. The designers will make decisions as to what looks best for the cover as well as what the customer has suggested.
