Over 20 years ago, the seeds of a concept in owner Carolyn Walker’s basement sprouted with swift fruition. Her determined vision of building a service-based company, centered around the printing needs of clients, inspired Ms. Walker to create Great Impressions.
Since our inception, we have been a client-centered operation that has maintained an identity of boutique style service with the quality of corporate delivery. Starting with a focus around printing & promotional products, to date, Great Impressions has serviced over 500 brands in Milwaukee representing both large corporations and local small businesses.

Ray Walker III
AUGUST 13, 2020 – Great Impressions proudly announces the addition of Ray Walker, III as manager of sales. In this newly added role, Ray will establish customer relationships and successfully onboard new brands. His experience and work ethic will bring a solid level of support and sales team leadership enabling Great Impressions to further expand services in Metropolitan Milwaukee and beyond.
Co-vocational, Ray also serves remotely as validator for a Florida-based accounting firm assisting counties and organizations affected by natural disasters. Ray comes with substantial experience as a cross-functional team player in marketing, sales management, training and process implementation for insurance agents in the Florida Panhandle. He has served as an agency process specialist for Allstate, a leader in the insurance industry. His specialties were onboarding new agents, acquainting them with brokers, and training their staff in the art of successful goal setting. Ray likewise acclimated established agents with innovative sales tools and best practices for measurable outcomes.

Ray earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business degree from Florida A&M University.
Great Impressions is happy to announce the addition of Andrew Wenz, to the newly created role of Customer Service Coordinator.
In this role, Andy is responsible for optimizing our service standards, monitoring quality and coordinating the administration of customer accounts and staff projects. He will provide product and service information as well as problem resolution for staff and customers.
With over 10 years in customer and client services and extensive leadership experience, Andy will help to further strengthen and advance the Great Impressions team and our image.
Outside of the office, Andy is a dedicated basketball coach. He is the Head Coach of the girls’ basketball team at Cudahy High School, in Cudahy, WI. He also serves as coach for the Wisconsin Lady Shooters, an AAU program in southeastern Wisconsin. When he is not coaching or playing basketball, Andy enjoys working out, playing golf, playing tennis, watching sports, fishing, hiking, listening to podcasts, and watching documentaries.
